குற்றவியல் சட்ட திருத்த மசோதா; ஜனாதிபதி ராம்நாத் ஒப்புதல்

'பயோ மெட்ரிக்'நாட்டின் குற்றவியல் நடைமுறை சட்டத்தில், குற்றவாளிகள் மற்றும் குற்றம் சாட்டப்பட்டோர் குறித்த பயோ மெட்ரிக் தகவல்களை பதிவு செய்யும் உரிமையை போலீசாருக்கு வழங்குவது தொடர்பான மசோதா, லோக்சபா மற்றும் ராஜ்ய சபாவில் சமீபத்தில் நிறைவேறியது.இதையடுத்து, இந்த மசோதா, ஜனாதிபதியின் ஒப்புதலுக்கு அனுப்பி வைக்கப்பட்டது. இதற்கு, ஜனாதிபதி ராம்நாத் கோவிந்த் ஒப்புதல் அளித்தார்.

ஐரோப்பிய ஆணைய தலைவர் இந்தியா வருகை

ஐரோப்பிய ஆணைய தலைவர் அர்சலா வான் டெர் லியான், ஏப்.24 ,25 தேதிகளில் அரசு முறைப்பயணமாக இந்தியா வருகிறார். இதுகுறித்து மத்திய வெளியுறவு அமைச்சகம் வெளியிட்டுள்ள செய்தியில், அரசு முறைப்பயணமாக ஐரோப்பிய ஆணைய தலைவர் அர்சலா வான்டெர்லியான், ஏப்.24,25 தேதிகளில் இந்தியா வருகிறார்.இந்த வருகையின் போது இந்திய ,ஐரோப்பிய ஆணையம் இடையே இரு தரப்பு உறவு , ஒத்துழைப்பு உள்ளிட்ட பல்வேறு விஷயங்கள்குறித்து, பிரதமர் மோடியை சந்தித்து பேசுகிறார்.

டில்லி தலைமை செயலராக நரேஷ் குமார் தேர்வு

டில்லி தலைமை செயலராக நரேஷ்குமார் நியமிக்கப்பட்டார். டில்லி தலைமை செயலராக இருந்த விஜய் தேவ், பணி நிறைவு பெற்றதையடுத்து புதிய தலைமை செயலரை தேர்வு செய்ய மத்திய உள்துறை அமைச்சகம் நடவடிக்கை எடுத்தது. இதையடுத்து அருணாச்சல பிரதேச மாநில தலைமை செயலரும், 1987 ஐ.ஏ.எஸ்., கேடருமான நரேஷ் குமார் , டில்லி தலைமை செயலராக நியமிக்கப்பட்டார். இதற்கான உத்தரவை மத்திய உள்துறை அமைச்சகம் நேற்று பிறப்பித்தது.

இந்தியா பால் உற்பத்தியில் இந்தியா முதலிடம்: பிரதமர் மோடி

ஆண்டுக்கு ரூ.8.5 லட்சம் கோடி மதிப்புக்கு பால் உற்பத்தி செய்து, உலகிலேயே இந்தியா முதலிடத்தில் உள்ளதாகப் பிரதமா் நரேந்திர மோடி பெருமிதம் தெரிவித்துள்ளாா். பால் உற்பத்தி மதிப்பானது கோதுமை, அரிசி உற்பத்தி மதிப்பைவிட அதிகமாக உள்ளதாகவும் அவா் தெரிவித்தாா். குஜராத்தின் பனாஸ்காந்தா மாவட்டத்தில் உள்ள தியோதா் என்ற இடத்தில் பால் பொருள்கள் வளாகத்தையும் உருளைக் கிழங்கு பதப்படுத்தும் ஆலையையும் பிரதமா் மோடி செவ்வாய்க்கிழமை திறந்துவைத்தாா். பனாஸ் சமூக வானொலியின் செயல்பாட்டையும் பிரதமா் மோடி தொடக்கிவைத்தாா். 100 டன் உற்பத்தித் திறன் கொண்ட 4 இயற்கை எரிவாயு ஆலைகளுக்கும் அவா் அடிக்கல் நாட்டினாா்

பயணிகள் வாகன ஏற்றுமதி 43% அதிகரிப்பு

பயணிகள் வாகன ஏற்றுமதி கடந்த 2021-22-ஆம் நிதியாண்டில் 43 சதவீதம் அதிகரித்துள்ளது. இதில், 2.3 லட்சம் வாகனங்களை ஏற்றுமதி செய்து மாருதி சுஸுகி முதலிடத்தைப் பிடித்துள்ளது. இதுகுறித்து இந்திய மோட்டாா் வாகன தயாரிப்பாளா்கள் சங்கம் வெளியிட்ட புள்ளிவிவரத்தில் கூறியது: கடந்த மாா்ச் மாதத்துடன் நிறைவடைந்த 2021-22-ஆம் நிதியாண்டில் பயணிகள் வாகனங்களின் ஒட்டுமொத்த ஏற்றுமதி 5,77,875-ஆக இருந்தது. இது, 2020-21-ஆம் நிதியாண்டில் ஏற்றுமதியான 4,04,397 வாகனங்களுடன் ஒப்பிடுகையில் 43 சதவீதம் அதிகம். காா் ஏற்றுமதி 42 சதவீதம் உயா்ந்து 3,74,986-ஆகவும், பயன்பாட்டு வாகன ஏற்றுமதி 46 சதவீதம் உயா்ந்து 2,01,036-ஆகவும் இருந்தன. வேன் ஏற்றுமதி 1,648-லிருந்து 1,853-ஆக அதிகரித்தது.

இந்தியா பாரம்பரிய மருத்துவத்தில் ஆற்றல் மிகுந்தது இந்தியா: மோடி

பாரம்பரிய மருத்துவத்தில் இந்தியா ஆற்றல் மிகுந்த நாடு என்று பிரதமர் நரேந்திர மோடி தெரிவித்துள்ளார். குஜராத்தின் தியோடரில் உள்ள பனாஸ் பால் பண்ணையில் பல்வேறு வளர்ச்சித் திட்டங்களுக்கு பிரதமர் மோடி அடிக்கல் நாட்டினார். அதனைத் தொடர்ந்து ஜாம்நகரில் உலக சுகாதார அமைப்பின் உலகளாவிய பாரம்பரிய மருத்துவ மையத்திற்கு பிரதமர் மோடி இன்று அடிக்கல் நாட்டினார். பின்னர் பேசிய அவர், உலக சுகாதார அமைப்பு பாரம்பரிய மருத்துவத்தை ஊக்குவிக்கும் வகையில் உலகளாவிய பாரம்பரிய மருத்துவ மையத்திற்காக இந்தியாவுடன் இணைந்துள்ளது. இது பாரம்பரிய மருத்துவத்தில் இந்தியாவின் ஆற்றலை வெளிப்படுத்துவதற்கான வாய்ப்பு. உலக அளவில் முதல் முறையாக பாரம்பரிய மருத்துவத்துக்காக சர்வதேச மையம் அமைக்கப்படவுள்ளது. 50 ஆண்டுகளுக்கு முன்பு உலகின் முதல் ஆயுர்வேத மருத்துவமனை ஜாம்நகரில் அமைக்கப்பட்டது.

உக்ரைன் போர்: உலக அளவில் பொருளாதார வளர்ச்சி 3.6% குறையும்

ரஷியா - உக்ரைன் போர் எதிரொலி காரணமாக உலக அளவில் பொருளாதார வளர்ச்சி 3.6 சதவிகிதம் குறைய வாய்ப்புள்ளதாக சர்வதேச நாணய நிதியம் கணித்துள்ளது. அமெரிக்கா, ஜப்பான் போன்ற வளர்ந்த நாடுகளின் பொருளாதாரமும் போரின் எதிரொலியாக சரிவைச் சந்தித்து வருகின்றன. உலக அளவில் எரிபொருள் மற்றும் உணவுப் பொருள்களில் விலை அதிகரித்து வருவதற்கும் உக்ரைனில் ரஷியா நடத்தி வரும் தாக்குதலே காரனம் என்றும் சர்வதேச நாணய நிதியம் குறிப்பிட்டுள்ளது. உலக முதலீட்டாளர்கள் மற்றும் பல்வேறு நாடுகளின் நிதியமைச்சர்கள் கலந்துகொண்ட ஆலோசனைக் கூட்டம் சர்வதேச நாணய நிதியத்தின் சார்பில் அமெரிக்காவில் ஏற்பாடு செய்யப்பட்டிருந்தது. இதில் இந்த கருத்துக்களை சர்வதேச நாணய நிதியம் முன்வைத்துள்ளது.

தில்லி மாநகராட்சி திருத்த மசோதாவுக்கு குடியரசுத் தலைவர் ஒப்புதல்

தில்லி மாநகராட்சித் திருத்த மசோதாவுக்கு குடியரசுத் தலைவர் ராம்நாத் கோவிந்த் திங்கள்கிழமை ஒப்புதல் அளித்துள்ளார். தேசிய தலைநகா் தில்லியில் தற்போது வடக்கு, தெற்கு, கிழக்கு என மூன்று மாநகராட்சிகள் உள்ளன. இதில் வடக்கு, தெற்கில் தலா 104 வாா்டுகளும், கிழக்கில் 64 வாா்டுகளும் என மொத்தம் 272 வாா்டுகள் உள்ளன. இந்த நிலையில், இந்த மூன்று மாநகராட்சிகளையும் ஒன்றிணைக்கும் தில்லி மாநகராட்சி (திருத்தம்) சட்டம்- 2022 மசோதாவை மக்களவையில் மார்ச் 30ஆம் தேதியும், மாநிலங்களவையில் ஏப்ரல் 5ஆம் தேதியும் தாக்கல் செய்யப்பட்டு நிறைவேற்றப்பட்டன. தொடர்ந்து, குடியரசுத் தலைவரின் ஒப்புதலுக்காக அனுப்பி வைக்கப்பட்ட நிலையில், திங்கள்கிழமை இந்த சட்டத்திற்கு ராம்நாத் கோவிந்த் ஒப்புதல் அளித்தார்.

‘யுனெஸ்கோ அரங்கில் திருக்குறள் மாநாடு’: தமிழக அரசு

பாரிஸில் உள்ள யுனெஸ்கோ அரங்கில் திருக்குறள் மாநாடு நடத்தப்படும் என்று தமிழ் பண்பாடு மற்றும் தொழில் துறை அமைச்சர் தங்கம் தென்னரசு தெரிவித்துள்ளார்.

தமிழ் பண்பாடு துறையின் கீழ் புதிய அறிவிப்புகளை அமைச்சர் வெளியிட்டார்.

திருக்குறளுக்கு ஐக்கிய நாட்டு கல்வி அறிவியல் பண்பாடு அமைப்பின்(யுனெஸ்கோ) அங்கீகாரம் கிடைக்கும் வகையில் பாரிசில் உள்ள யுனெஸ்கோ அரங்கில் திருக்குறள் மாநாடு நடத்த ரூ. 1 கோடி நிதியுதவி வழங்கப்படும்.
தமிழகம் முழுவதும் 6,218 அரசு உயர்நிலை மற்றும் மேல்நிலைப் பள்ளிகளில் தமிழ் மன்றங்களை மேம்படுத்தி ஆண்டிற்கு மூன்று தமிழ்க் கூடல் நிகழ்வுகளை நடத்த ரூ. 5.60 கோடி வழங்கப்படும்.
அனைத்துக் காட்சி ஊடகங்களுக்கும் தமிழ் உச்சரிப்பு சிறப்பு வகுப்புகள் நடத்தப்படும். தமிழை சிறப்பாக உச்சரிக்கும் ஊடகங்களுக்கு மாநில அளவில் சிறந்த தமிழ் உச்சரிப்பு விருது வழங்கப்படும்.

தமிழ்நாடு ‘தொழில்துறை பெயர் மாற்றப்படும்’: பேரவையில் அறிவிப்பு

தொழில்துறையின் பெயரை தொழில் முதலீட்டு ஊக்குவிப்பு மற்றும் வர்த்தகத் துறை என மாற்றம் செய்யப்படும் என தொழில்துறை அமைச்சர் தங்கம் தென்னரசு தெரிவித்துள்ளார்.

அமைச்சர் வெளியிட்ட புதிய அறிவிப்புகள்:

தொழில்துறையின் பெயரை தொழில் முதலீட்டு ஊக்கவிப்பு மற்றும் வர்த்தகத் துறை என மாற்றம் செய்யப்படும்.
மாநில அளவில் முதலீட்டு ஊக்கவிப்பு மற்றும் எளிதாக்கல் ஆணையரகம் உருவாக்கப்படும்.
கிருஷ்ணகிரி மாவட்டத்தில் புதிய சிப்காட் தொழிற்பூங்கா ரூ. 1,800 கோடியில் 3,000 ஏக்கர் பரப்பளவில் உருவாக்கப்படும்.
சுற்றுச்சூழலின் தரத்தை மேம்படுத்த எத்தனால் கொள்கை 2022 வெளியிடப்படும்.தஞ்சாவூர், உதகையில் ரூ. 70 கோடி மதிப்பில் மினி டைடல் பூங்கா அமைக்கப்படும்.

Lt. Gen. Manoj Pande is new Army chief

The Vice Chief of Army Staff, Lt. Gen. Manoj Pande, has been appointed the 29th Chief of the Army Staff, a Defence Ministry statement said on Monday. He is the first officer from the Corps of Engineers and also the first from combat support arms — the combat arms being infantry, artillery and armoured — to head the 1.3-million Indian Army.

He will take over on April 30 when the incumbent, General Manoj Naravane, is set to retire. He took over as Vice Chief on February 1 and prior to that was the General Officer Commanding-in-Chief, Eastern Command. From June 1 to January 31 he served as the 15th Commanding-in-Chief of the Andaman & Nicobar Command (CINCAN).He was posted as Chief Engineer at the United Nations Mission in Ethiopia and Eritrea.

இந்தியாவிடம் இருந்து கோதுமை வாங்குவதற்கு எகிப்து அரசு முடிவு செய்துள்ளது என்று மத்திய தொழில், வா்த்தகத் துறை அமைச்சா் பியூஷ் கோயல் கூறினாா்.
கோதுமையை அதிகம் சாகுபடி செய்து ஏற்றுமதி செய்யும் நாடுகளான ரஷியாவுக்கும் உக்ரைனுக்கும் இடையே போா் நடைபெறுவதால் சா்வதேச சந்தையில் கோதுமை வரத்தில் தட்டுப்பாடு ஏற்பட்டுள்ளது.
இவ்விரு நாடுகளிடம் இருந்து எகிப்து அரசு அதிக அளவில் கோதுமை இறக்குமதி செய்து வந்த நிலையில், தற்போது அந்நாட்டுக்கு உணவுப் பொருள்கள் தட்டுப்பாடு ஏற்பட்டுள்ளது. அதைத் தொடா்ந்து, இந்தியாவை கோதுமை விநியோகம் செய்யும் நாடாக எகிப்து அரசு அங்கீகரித்துள்ளது
இந்தியாவில் உத்தர பிரதேசம், பஞ்சாப், ஹரியாணா, மத்திய பிரதேசம், ராஜஸ்தான், பிகாா், குஜராத் ஆகிய மாநிலங்களில் அதிக அளவில் கோதுமை சாகுபடி செய்யப்படுகிறது. இங்கு ஆண்டுக்கு 10.75 கோடி டன் கோதுமை உற்பத்தி செய்யப்படுகிறது. இந்தியாவிடம் இருந்து வங்கதேசம், யேமன், ஆப்கானிஸ்தான், கத்தாா், இந்தோனேசியா ஆகிய அண்டை நாடுகள் கோதுமை இறக்குமதி செய்கின்றன.

குஜராத்தில் 108 அடி உயர ஹனுமன் சிலை: பிரதமா் மோடி திறந்து வைக்கிறாா்

ஹனுமன் ஜெயந்தி சனிக்கிழமை (ஏப். 15) கொண்டாடப்படும் நிலையில் குஜராத்தில் 108 அடி உயர ஹனுமன் சிலையை பிரதமா் நரேந்திர மோடி காணொலி முறையில் திறந்து வைக்க இருக்கிறாா்.
அங்குள்ள மோா்பி நகரில் கேசவானந்த் ஆசிரமத்தில் இந்த பிரம்மாண்ட சிலை நிறுவப்பட்டுள்ளது. நாட்டின் நான்கு திசைகளிலும் ஹனுமன் சிலை அமைக்க திட்டமிடப்பட்டுள்ளது. அந்த வகையில் மோா்பி நகரில் அமைந்துள்ளது இரண்டாவது சிலையாகும். இது நாட்டின் மேற்கு திசையில் நிறுவப்பட்டுள்ளது. இந்த சிலையை அமைக்கும் பணி ரூ.10 கோடி செலவில் 2018-ஆம் ஆண்டு தொடங்கப்பட்டது.
முதலாவது சிலை நாட்டின் வடக்குப் பகுதியான சிம்லாவில் 2010-ஆம் ஆண்டு அமைக்கப்பட்டது. தெற்கே ராமேசுவரத்தில் சிலை நிறுவும் பணி அடிக்கல் நாட்டு நிகழ்ச்சியுடன் அண்மையில் தொடங்யது.

ஏப்.20-இல் ‘வாக்ஷீா்’ அறிமுகம்: ஸ்காா்பீன் திட்டத்தின் கீழ் 6-ஆவது நீா்மூழ்கிக் கப்பல்

பி75 ஸ்காா்பீன் திட்டத்தின் கீழ் 6-ஆவது நீா்மூழ்கிக் கப்பலான ‘வாக்ஷீா்’ ஏப்ரல் 20-ஆம் தேதி அறிமுகப்படுத்தப்படவுள்ளது.
கடந்த 2005-ஆம் ஆண்டு இந்தியா-பிரான்ஸ் இடையே 3.75 பில்லியன் டாலா்கள் (சுமாா் ரூ.28,600 கோடி) மதிப்பில் ஏற்பட்ட ஒப்பந்தத்தின் கீழ், இந்திய கடற்படைக்காக 6 ஸ்காா்பீன் ரக தாக்குதல் நீா்மூழ்கிக் கப்பல்களைக் கட்ட திட்டமிடப்பட்டது. அந்த கப்பல்கள் டீசல் மற்றும் மின்சார உதவியுடன் இயங்குபவை. பிரான்ஸில் உள்ள நேவல் குரூப் நிறுவனத்தின் உதவியுடன் மும்பையில் உள்ள மஸகான் டாக் கப்பல் கட்டுமான பொதுத் துறை நிறுவனத்தால் அந்தக் கப்பல்கள் கட்டப்பட்டன. அவற்றில் ஐஎன்எஸ் கல்வரி, ஐஎன்எஸ் கன்டேரி, ஐஎன்எஸ் கரஞ், ஐஎன்எஸ் வேலா ஆகிய 4 ஸ்காா்பீன் கப்பல்கள் ஏற்கெனவே பயன்பாட்டுக்கு வந்துள்ளன. ‘வாகீா்’ என்ற பெயா்கொண்ட 5-ஆவது ஸ்காா்பீன் கப்பல் தற்போது சோதனை ஓட்டத்தில் உள்ளது.
இந்நிலையில், ‘வாக்ஷீா்‘ என்ற பெயா்கொண்ட 6-ஆவது ஸ்காா்பீன் கப்பல் ஏப்.20-ஆம் தேதி அறிமுகப்படுத்தப்படவுள்ளது என்று மஸகான் டாக் கப்பல் கட்டுமான நிறுவனத் தலைவா் நாராயண் பிரசாத் தெரிவித்தாா்.

இந்தியாவுக்கு எஸ்-400 ஏவுகணை சாதனம்: ரஷிய விநியோகம் மீண்டும் தொடக்கம்

எஸ்-400 ரக ஏவுகணை சாதனத்தின் இரண்டாவது தொகுதியை இந்தியாவிடம் ரஷியா வழங்கத் தொடங்கியுள்ளது.
ரஷியாவிடம் இருந்து எஸ்-400 ரக வான் பாதுகாப்பு ஏவுகணை சாதனங்களின் 5 தொகுதிகளை வாங்குவதற்கு கடந்த 2018-ஆம் ஆண்டு அக்டோபா் மாதம் 5 பில்லியன் டாலா்கள் (ரூ.38,000 கோடி) மதிப்பிலான ஒப்பந்தத்தை இந்தியா இறுதி செய்தது.
இந்த ஏவுகணை சாதனங்களின் முதல் தொகுதியை கடந்த 2021-ஆம் ஆண்டு டிசம்பா் மாதம் இந்தியாவிடம் ரஷியா ஒப்படைத்தது. வடக்கு செக்டாரில் சீனாவுடனான எல்லைப் பகுதிகள், பாகிஸ்தானுடனான எல்லை வரை தாக்கக்கூடிய விதத்தில் அந்தச் சாதனங்கள் ஏற்கெனவே நிலைநிறுத்தப்பட்டுள்ளன.

புதுவைப் பல்கலை.க்கு பசுமை விருது: மத்திய அரசு அங்கீகாரம்

புதுவை பல்கலைக்கழகத்துக்கு மாவட்ட பசுமை சாம்பியன் விருது வழங்கி மத்திய அரசு அங்கீகரித்துள்ளது.. புதுவை பல்கலைக்கழகம் துணைவேந்தா் பேராசிரியா் குா்மீத் சிங் தலைமையில், கடந்த 4 ஆண்டுகளாக ‘பசுமை வளாகம்’ (‘கிரீன் கேம்பஸ்’) என்ற திட்டத்தின் கீழ் பல நிலையான வளா்ச்சி மற்றும் பருவநிலை மாற்றம் தொடா்பான முயற்சிகளை செயல்படுத்தி வருகிறது.

Educational Qualification: - A Master’s Degree in Library Science, Information Science/ Documentation Science or an equivalent professional degree, and a consistently good academic record with knowledge of computerization of library. - Sound knowledge of computers , Open Source Software, Library Management Software, Work experience in ICT and database management in the libraries will be given preference .
