ரெயில்வே, வங்கி உள்ளிட்ட மத்திய அரசு வேலைகளுக்கு பணியாளர்கள் தேர்வு செய்ய புதிய அமைப்பு: தேசிய அளவில் ஒரே தகுதிதேர்வு
தற்போது, வங்கிப்பணி, ரெயில்வே பணி உள்பட மத்திய அரசின் பல்வேறு துறை பணிகளுக்கு அவற்றுக்கென உள்ள தேர்வு அமைப்புகள் தனித்தனியாக தேர்வு நடத்துகின்றன. வேலை தேடுபவர்களும் ஒவ்வொரு தேர்வுக்கும் தனித்தனியாக விண்ணப்பித்து வருகிறார்கள். தேர்வு கட்டணத்தையும் தனித்தனியாக செலுத்துவதால், அவர்களுக்கு செலவு அதிகரிக்கிறது. ஒன்றுக்கு மேற்பட்ட தேர்வுகளை எழுத வேண்டி இருப்பதால், பயண செலவு ஏற்படுவதுடன், நேரமும் வீணாகிறது. இதை கருத்தில்கொண்டு, பல்வேறு மத்திய அரசு பணிகளுக்கு பொதுவான ஒரே தகுதி தேர்வு மூலம் ஆள் எடுக்க மத்திய அரசு திட்டமிட்டுள்ளது. இந்த மதிப்பெண் அடிப்படையில், மத்திய அரசு துறைகள் தங்களுக்கு தேவையான ஆட்களை தேர்வு செய்து கொள்ளும்.

தேசிய பணியாளர் தேர்வு முகமை (National Recruitment Agency )
இந்த தகுதி தேர்வு நடத்துவதற்காக, தேசிய பணியாளர் தேர்வு முகமை (என்.ஆர்.ஏ.) அமைக்கப்படுகிறது. பிரதமர் மோடி தலைமையில் நேற்று மத்திய மந்திரிசபை கூட்டம் நடைபெற்றது. அதில், தேசிய பணியாளர் தேர்வு முகமையை அமைப்பதற்கு ஒப்புதல் அளிக்கப்பட்டது. மத்திய அரசின் குரூப் பி, குரூப் சி (தொழில்நுட்பம் சாராதது) பணியிடங்களுக்கு தேசிய பணியாளர் தேர்வு முகமை, பொது தகுதி தேர்வை நடத்தும். இந்த முகமை அமைப்பதற்கு மத்திய அரசு ரூ.1,517 கோடியே 57 லட்சத்தை ஒதுக்கி உள்ளது. அடுத்த 3 ஆண்டுகளுக்கு இத்தொகை பயன்படுத்திக் கொள்ளப்படும். 117 தேர்வு மாவட்டங்களில், தேர்வு கட்டமைப்புகளை உருவாக்கவும் இத்தொகை பயன்படுத்தப்படும்.

குரூப் பி, சி பணிகள்
இதில் பெறும் மதிப்பெண்களை, தற்போதைக்கு ரெயில்வே, வங்கி உள்ளிட்ட 3 பெரிய தேர்வாணையங்கள் மட்டும் பயன்படுத்திக் கொள்ளும். அடுத்தடுத்து மற்ற தேர்வு அமைப்புகளும் இதை பயன்படுத்திக்கொள்ளும். இனிவரும் காலங்களில், மத்திய, மாநில, யூனியன் பிரதேச தேர்வாணையங்கள், பொதுத்துறை தேர்வாணையங்கள், தனியார் துறை ஆகியவற்றுக்கும் இந்த மதிப்பெண் பகிர்ந்து கொள்ளப்படும். அதன்மூலம், அந்த தேர்வாணையங்களுக்கு செலவும், நேரமும் மிச்சமாகும்.

ஆயிரம் தேர்வு மையங்கள்
தகுதி தேர்வு நடத்துவதற்கு, முதல்கட்டமாக, நாடு முழுவதும் ஆயிரம் தேர்வு மையங்கள் உருவாக்கப்படும். ஒவ்வொரு மாவட்டத்திலும் குறைந்தபட்சம் ஒரு மையம் இருப்பது உறுதி செய்யப்படும். இதன்மூலம் எந்த விண்ணப்பதாரரும், மாவட்டம் விட்டு மாவட்டம் செல்ல வேண்டி இருக்காது. இந்த தகவல்கள், மத்திய அரசு வெளியிட்டுள்ள அறிக்கையில் கூறப்பட்டுள்ளன.
