1. Imperialism - Imperialism in India and China - தமிழில் முக்கிய குறிப்புகள்
ஏகாதிபத்தியம் இந்தியா - சீனா
ஏகாதிபத்தியம் என்ற சொல் இம்பிரியம் (Imperium) என்ற லத்தின் சொல்லில் இருந்து வந்தது. இதன் பொருள் ஆதிக்கம் என்பதாகும்
காலனி ஆதிக்கம் மற்றும் ஏகாதிபத்தியம் பின்பற்றிய காலம்
- காலனி ஆதிக்கம் - கி.பி 1492 ஆம் ஆண்டு முதல் 1763 கி.பி ஆம் ஆண்டு வரை
- ஏகாதிபத்தியம் - கி.பி 1870 ஆம் ஆண்டு முதல் 1945 கி.பி ஆம் ஆண்டு வரை
காலனி ஆதிக்கம் மற்றும் ஏகாதிபத்தியம் - கருத்துரு
- ஜெர்மனியும் மற்றும் இத்தாலியும் ஆகிய நாடுகள் ஒருங்கிணைக்கப்பட்ட ஆண்டு - 1870
- ஜெர்மானியப் பேரரசு சீனாவிடம் இருந்து ஷான்டுங் தீபகற்பத்தின் மீது 99ஆண்டுகளுக்கான குத்தகை உரிமம் பெற்றுருந்தது
- பிரிட்டன் மற்றும் ரசியா பாரசிக நாட்டைத் தங்களுக்குள் பங்கிட்டுக் கொண்ட ஆண்டு - 1907
- பிரான்சு மொராக்கோ மீது தனது பாதுகாப்பை நிலைநாட்டிய ஆண்டு - 1912
- பாரிசு அமைதி மாநாடு நடைபெற்ற ஆண்டு - 1919
இந்தியாவில் ஏகாதிபத்தியம்
- ஆங்கில கிழக்கிந்திய வணிகக் குழு இங்கிலாந்தில் தோற்றுவிக்கப்பட்ட ஆண்டு - கி.பி.1600
- ஆங்கில கிழக்கிந்திய வணிகக் குழு முகலாய பேரரசர் ஜகாங்கீரின் அனுமதி பெற்று வணிக தளம் ஏற்படுத்திய இடம் - சூரத்
- போர்ச்சுகீசிய கிழக்கிந்திய வணிகக் குழு தோற்றுவிக்கப்பட்ட ஆண்டு - கி.பி.1664
- போர்ச்சுகீசிய கிழக்கிந்திய வணிகக் குழு பதினான்காம் லூயியின் அமைச்சராக இருந்த கால்பர்ட் என்பவரால் உருவாக்கப்பட்டது
- பிரான்சு மற்றும் ஆங்கிலேயர்களுக்கிடையே ஏற்பட்ட பகமையின் விளைவு - கர்நாடா போர்
இந்தியாவில் போர்
பிளசிப்போர் - கி.பி.1757
- ஆங்கிலேயரின் வரியில்லா வணிகம் கொள்கைக்கு எதிர்ப்பின் காரணமாக சிராஜ்உத் தெளலா மற்றும் ராபர்ட் கிளைவ் ஆகியோருக்கு இடையே ஏற்பட்டது. முடிவில் 24 பர்க்கானாக்களில் வரியில்லா வணிகம் செய்ய தடையில்லா உரிமம் பெற்றது ஆங்கில கிழக்கிந்திய வணிகக் குழு
பக்சார் போர் - கி.பி.1764
- வங்காளத்தை ஆளும் தனி உரிமையே முகலாய மன்னர் இரண்டாம் ஷா ஆலமிடமிருந்து பெற்றது
- வெல்லெஸ்லி பிரபு - துனைப்படைத்திட்டம்
- டல்ஹௌசி பிரபு - வாரிசு இழப்புக்கொள்கை
- விக்டோரியா மகாராணி பேரறிக்கை - 1858
- இந்தியா சுதந்திரம் பெற்ற ஆண்டு - 1947

சீனாவில் ஏகாதிபத்தியம்
முதலாம் அபினிப் போர் (கி.பி. 1839- கி.பி. 1842)
- சீனா அரசு அபினி வணிகத்தை தடை செய்ததன் பொருட்டு ஆங்கிலேயர்களுக்கும் சீனப் பேரரசுக்கும் ஏற்பட்ட போர்தான் அபினிப் போர். இப்போரில் சீனா தோற்கடிக்கப்பட்டு கி.பி.1842 - ல் நான்கின் உடன்படிக்கை ஏற்பட்டது.
- ஹாங்காங் தீவை சீன இங்கிலாந்திற்கு நிரந்தரமாக தாரைவார்த்துக் கொடுத்தது.
தைபிங் கலகம் கி.பி. 1854
- நான்கிங் உடன்படிக்கையே பின்பற்றி பிற நாடுகள் சீனாவுடன் ஒப்பந்தத்தை செய்து கொண்டனர். இதற்கு எதிர்ப்பு தெரிவித்து சீனர்கள் கலகத்தில் ஈடுபட்டனர். இதுவே தைபிங் கலக மாகும்.
இரண்டாம் அபினிப் போர் (கி.பி. 1857- கி.பி. 1860)
- இரண்டாம் அபினிப் போரிலும் சீனா தோற்கடிக்கப்பட்டு கி.பி. 1860 பீகிங் உடன்படிக்கை ஏற்பட்டது. இதன்மூலம் ஆங்கிலேயர்கள் சீனாவின் கௌலூன் துறைமுகத்தை பெற்றனர்.
- மஞ்சு பேரரசியாரின் தூண்டுதல் பேரில் சீன இளைஞர்கள் கிளர்ச்சயில் ஈடுபட்டனர். இது பாக்ஸர் புரட்சி என்று அழைக்கப்படுகிறது.
1911 ஆம் ஆண்டு புரட்சி
- பிறநாடுகளின் ஏகாதிபத்தியத்தாலும் அமெரிக்க மற்றும் ஆங்கிலேய திறந்த வெளிக் கொள்கையாலும் சீன நாட்டை பங்கிட்டு கொண்டதன் விளைவாக 1911 ஆம் ஆண்டு புரட்சிக்கு வித்திட்டு சீனா குடியரசு நாடாக டாக்டர் சன்யாட்சென்னின் தலைமையில் உருவானது
