  • நம்பகமான செய்திகளை வழங்குவதில், அச்சு ஊடகங்கள் முதலிடம் வகிப்பதாக, ‛சி - வோட்டர்' நடத்திய ஆய்வில் 66 சதவீதம் பேர் கருத்து தெரிவித்துள்ளனர். இந்தியாவில் மக்கள் அதிகம் சார்ந்திருப்பது காட்சி ஊடகமா? அல்லது அச்சு ஊடகமா? என்ற ஆய்வு, ‛சி - வோட்டர்' சார்பில் நடத்தப்பட்டது. இதில் அச்சு ஊடகங்கள் நம்பகமான செய்திகளை தருவதாக, 66 சதவீதம் கூறியுள்ளனர். குறிப்பாக கொரோனா பரவல் காலகட்டத்தில், அச்சு ஊடகங்களில் வரும் செய்திகள், வதந்திகளுக்கு முற்றுப்புள்ளி வைக்கும் வகையில் இருப்பதாக 63 சதவீதம் பேர் தெரிவித்துள்ளனர்.

  • நீலகிரி படுக மக்களை பூர்வகுடியினருக்கான பட்டியலில் சேர்த்து, ஐ.நா., மலைகளுக்கான கூட்டமைப்பு அறிவித்துள்ளது. ஐக்கிய நாடுகளின், மலைகளுக்கான கூட்டமைப்பு, உலக பூர்வகுடியினருக்கான பட்டியல் தயாரிப்பு பணியை மேற்கொண்டு வருகிறது.   • நியூசிலாந்தில் பொதுதேர்தல் நடைபெற்றது.இந்த தேர்தலில் அந்நாட்டின் தற்போதைய பிரதமரான ஜெசிந்தா ஆர்டெர்னின் தொழிலாளர் கட்சியும், பிரதான எதிர்க்கட்சியான தேசிய கட்சி நேரடியாக எதிர்கொண்டது. அதில், பிரதமர் ஜெசிந்தாவின் ஆளும் தொழிலாளர் கட்சி 49 சதவிகித ஓட்டுக்களை பெற்று அபார வெற்றி பெற்றது. பிரதான எதிர்க்கட்சியான தேசிய கட்சி 27 சதவிகித வாக்குகளை மட்டுமே பெற்று தோல்வியடைந்தது. பார்லிமென்டில் மொத்தமுள்ள 120 இடங்களில் 64 இடங்களை ஜெசிதாவின் ஆளும் கட்சி கைப்பற்றியது. இதன் மூலம் நியூசிலாந்து தேர்தலில் ஜெசிந்தா ஆர்டெர்ன் மகத்தான வெற்றியை பெற்றுள்ளார். இந்த வெற்றியின் மூலம் நியூசிலாந்தின் பிரதமராக ஜெசிந்தா ஆர்டன் இரண்டாவது முறையாகப் பதவி ஏற்க உள்ளார்.
ரஷ்ய தடுப்பு மருந்தை இந்தியாவில் பரிசோதிக்க ஒப்புதல்
  • ரஷ்யா உருவாக்கியுள்ள ‛ஸ்புட்னிக்-வி' தடுப்பு மருந்தை இந்தியாவில் மனிதர்களிடம் பரிசோதனை செய்ய டாக்டர் ரெட்டி நிறுவனத்திற்கு இந்திய மருந்து கட்டுப்பாட்டு ஜெனரல் அமைப்பு(டிசிஜிஐ) ஒப்புதல் வழங்கியுள்ளது. உலக நாடுகளை அச்சுறுத்தி வரும் கொரோனா வைரசுக்கு எதிராக மருந்து கண்டுபிடிப்பதில் உலக நாடுகள் தீவிரம் காட்டி வருகின்றன. ஆனால், முதலாவதாக ரஷ்யா மட்டும் கொரோனா வைரசுக்கு ‛ஸ்புட்னிக்-வி' என்ற மருந்தை கண்டுபிடித்துவிட்டதாக அறிவித்தது. இந்த மருந்தின் பாதுகாப்பு குறித்து விஞ்ஞானிகள் பல்வேறு சந்தேகங்களை எழுப்பியுள்ளனர். இந்த மருந்து தற்போது 3ம் கட்டமாக 40 ஆயிரம் பேருக்கு செலுத்தி பரிசோதனை செய்யப்பட்டு வருகிறது. 
  • இந்த மருந்தை இந்தியாவில் பரிசோதனை செய்யவும், விற்பனை செய்யவும் ரஷ்யாவுடன், இந்தியாவை சேர்ந்த டாக்டர் ரெட்டி நிறுவனம் ஒப்பந்தம் செய்துள்ளது. இதன்படி, 10 கோடி டோஸ் மருந்தை டாக்டர் ரெட்டி நிறுவனத்திற்கு ரஷ்யா வழங்கும்.
இந்தியர்களின் சராசரி ஆயுட்காலம் 10 ஆண்டுகள் அதிகரிப்பு – ஆய்வில் தகவல்
  • இந்திய மக்களின் சராசரி ஆயுட்காலம் கடந்த 30 ஆண்டுகளில் சராசரியாக 10 ஆண்டுகள் அதிகரித்து உள்ளதாக லான்செட் நிறுவனம் வெளியிட்ட ஆய்வறிக்கையில் தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டு உள்ளது. அதாவது 1990ம் ஆண்டு 59.8 ஆக இருந்த சராசரி ஆயுட்காலம் 70.8 ஆண்டுகளாக உயர்ந்துள்ளதாக கூறப்பட்டு உள்ளது. லான்செட் இதழில் வெளியிடப்பட்ட புதிய ஆய்வறிக்கையின் படி, இந்தியர்களின் சராசரி ஆயுட்காலம் 1990 ல் 59.6 ஆண்டுகளில் இருந்து 2019 ல் 70.8 ஆண்டுகளாக அதிகரித்துள்ளது. இருப்பினும், கேரளா போன்ற பல மாநிலங்களுக்கிடையில் கடுமையான ஏற்றத்தாழ்வுகள் உள்ளன. கேரளாவில் ஆயுட்காலம் 77.3 ஆண்டுகளாக அதிகரித்துள்ளது. மறுபுறம், உத்தரபிரதேசத்தில் 66.9 ஆண்டுகளாக இருந்தது.

பெண்களின் திருமண வயதை உயர்த்துவது குறித்து விரைவில் முடிவு-பிரதமர் மோடி அறிவிப்பு
பெண்களின் குறைந்தபட்ச திருமண வயதை உயர்த்துவது குறித்து மத்திய அரசு விரைவில் முடிவு எடுக்கும் என்று பிரதமர் நரேந்திர மோடி அறிவித்துள்ளார். 
  • பிரதமர் மோடி கடந்த சுதந்திர தினத்தன்று நாட்டு மக்களுக்கு உரையாற்றியபோது பெண்களுக்கு குறைந்தபட்ச திருமண வயது என்னவாக இருக்க வேண்டும் என்பது குறித்து அரசு ஆலோசித்து வருகிறது, இது பற்றி ஆராய்வதற்கு ஒரு குழு அமைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது என்று அறிவித்தார். அதைத் தொடர்ந்து பெண்களின் குறைந்தபட்ச திருமண வயது உயர்த்தப்படும் என்ற எதிர்பார்ப்பு ஏற்பட்டுள்ளது. இந்த நிலையில், உணவு மற்றும் வேளாண் அமைப்பின் 75-வது ஆண்டுவிழாவையொட்டி, ரூ.75 மதிப்புள்ள நினைவு நாணயத்தை காணொலி காட்சி வழியாக பிரதமர் நரேந்திர மோடி வெளியிட்டு பேசினார். அப்போது அவர் பெண்களின் திருமண வயது, ஊட்டசத்து குறைபாடு, விவசாய பயிர்களுக்கு குறைந்தபட்ச ஆதரவு விலை அளித்தல் உள்ளிட்ட பல்வேறு விஷயங்கள் குறித்து குறிப்பிட்டார்.
குளிர்சாதனப் பெட்டி இறக்குமதிக்கு தடை : மத்திய அரசு அறிவிப்பு
  • வெளிநாடுகளில் இருந்து குளிர்சாதனப் பெட்டி இறக்குமதிக்கு மத்திய அரசு தடை விதித்துள்ளது. உள்நாட்டு உற்பத்தியை ஊக்குவிக்கும் பொருட்டு, இந்தியாவில் கிடைக்கும் சில பொருட்கள் இறக்குமதிக்கு மத்திய அரசு தடை விதித்து வருகிறது. முன்னதாக கார்கள், பேருந்துகள், லாரிகள், பைக்குகளில் பயன்படுத்தப்படும் டயர்கள், டிவி உள்ளிட்ட பொருள்களுக்கு மத்திய அரசு தடை விதித்துள்ள நிலையில், தற்போது குளிர்சாதனப்பெட்டிகளை இறக்குமதி செய்வதற்கு கட்டுப்பாடுகளை விதித்துள்ளது.
  • இதன்படி ஏர் கண்டிஷனர் எனப்படும் குளிர்சாதனப் பெட்டிகளை இறக்குமதி செய்ய தடை விதித்து, வெளிநாட்டு வர்த்தக இயக்குனரகம் அறிவிப்பாணை வெளியிட்டுள்ளது. ஏர் கண்டிஷனர் மற்றும் அதில் பயன்படுத்தப்படும் கம்ப்ரஸர் உள்ளிட்ட பொருள்கள் சீனா மற்றும் தாய்லாந்திலிருந்து சுமார் 90% இறக்குமதி செய்யப்படுகிறது. இந்தியாவில் தற்போது ஏசி இறக்குமதிக்கு தடை விதிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளதால் இந்த இரு நாட்டு வர்த்தகமும் பாதிக்கும் என்று தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
உலகளாவிய பசி குறியீட்டு 2020 பட்டியலில் இந்தியாவுக்கு 94 வது இடம்!
  • 2020 ஆம் ஆண்டில், உலகளாவிய பசி குறியீட்டில் 107 நாடுகளில் இந்தியா 94 வது இடத்தில் உள்ளது. உலகளாவிய பசி குறியீட்டு 2020 (Global Hunger Index 2020) இல் 107 நாடுகளில் இந்தியா 94 வது இடத்தில் உள்ளது என்று அறிக்கையில் தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. அந்த அறிக்கையின்படி, 27.2 மதிப்பெண்களுடன், இந்தியாவில் பசி அளவு உள்ளது, அது "தீவிரமானது". கடந்த ஆண்டு 117 நாடுகளில் இந்தியாவின் தரவரிசை 102 ஆக இருந்தது.

Assistant Librarian -
i) A Master’s degree in Library Science, Information Science or Documentation Science or an equivalent professional degree with at least 55% of marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) 

ii) A consistently good academic record with knowledge of computerization of library. 

iii) Qualifying in the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC, CSIR or similar test accredited by the UGC like SLET/SET or who are or have been awarded a Ph.D. degree in accordance with the "University Grants commission (Minimum Standards and Procedure for Award of M.Phil/Ph.D. Degree), Regulations 2009 or 2016

  • ஐஎன்எஸ் சிந்துவிர் என்ற நீர்மூழ்கி கப்பலை மியான்மருக்கு வழங்க இருப்பதாக இந்திய வெளியுறவு அமைச்சகம் தெரிவித்துள்ளது. அண்மையில் ராணுவத்தளபதி மனோஜ் நரவானேவின் மியான்மர் சுற்றுப்பயணத்தின் போது, ராணுவ தளவாடங்களை வழங்க இந்தியா ஒப்புதல் அளித்தது. இதையடுத்து அந்நாட்டுக்கு நீர்மூழ்கி கப்பலை வழங்க முடிவு செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது.  ‛மியான்மரின் ராணுவத்தில் இதுவே முதலாவது நீர்மூழ்கி கப்பல் ஆகும். அண்டை நாடான மியான்மருடன் ஒற்றுமையை மேம்படுத்துவதற்கான முயற்சி இது'

தமிழக அரசு கூடுதலாக ரூ.9,627 கோடி கடன் வாங்க அனுமதி
  • தமிழக அரசு கூடுதலாக ரூ.9,267 கோடி கடன் வாங்கி கொள்ள மத்திய நிதியமைச்சகம் அனுமதி அளித்துள்ளது. கொரோனா அச்சுறுத்தல் காரணமாக ஜிஎஸ்டி வசூல் பாதிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. மாநிலங்களுக்கு வழங்க வேண்டிய இழப்பீட்டு தொகையை மத்திய அரசு வழங்கவில்லை. இதனை உடனடியாக வழங்கும்படி மாநில அரசுகள் வலியுறுத்தி வருகின்றன. தமிழகத்துக்கான ஜிஎஸ்டி நிலுவைத் தொகையான ரூ.4 ஆயிரத்து 321 கோடியை உடனடியாக வழங்க வேண்டும் என தமிழக அரசு சார்பில் வலியுறுத்தப்பட்டது. மாநிலங்களுக்கான இழப்பீடுகளை அளிப்பது தொடர்பாக, சமீபத்தில் நடந்த கவுன்சில் கூட்டத்தில் விவாதிக்கப்பட்டது. அப்போது, இந்த இழப்பீட்டுத் தொகையை, மாநிலங்கள் கடனாக பெறும் திட்டம் அறிவிக்கப்பட்டது. இதனை தமிழகம் உள்ளிட்ட 20 மாநிலங்கள் ஏற்று கொள்ளப்பட்டுள்ளன.
சிவகங்கை அருகே பெருங்கற்கால கல்வட்டம் கண்டுபிடிப்பு!
  • சிவகங்கை அருகே உள்ள ஒக்கூர், அண்ணாநகர் பகுதியில் 2,500 முதல் 3,500 ஆண்டுகள் பழமையான சங்க காலத்தோடு தொடர்புடைய கல் வட்டங்கள் உள்ளன. ஒக்கூர் மாசாத்தியார் பாடல்கள் அகநானூறு, குறுந்தொகை, புறநானூற்றில் இடம் பெற்றுள்ளன. மாசாத்தியார் காலத்து ஈமக்காடாக இந்த கல் வட்டங்கள் இருந்திருக்கலாம். மலைப்பகுதியில் வெள்ளைக்கல், மற்ற செம்மண் பகுதிகளில் செம்பூரான் கற்களால் கல் வட்டங்கள் அமைக்கப்படும். ஆனால் இவ்விடத்தில் 2 கற்களும் கலந்துள்ளது வியப்பாக உள்ளது.
  • பெருங்கற்காலத்தில் இறந்த மனிதனை புதைத்து சடங்குகள் முடித்து வழிபட்டு வந்தனர். இறந்த உடலை அல்லது எலும்புகளை பாதுகாக்க புதைத்து அதைச்சுற்றி பெரும் கற்களை அடுக்கி வைத்துள்ளனர். இவ்வாறான கல்வட்டங்கள் பல பகுதிகளில் காணக் கிடைக்கின்றன. பலகை கற்களை நான்கு பகுதிகளிலும் குத்தாக்க நிறுத்தி வைத்து அறை போல வடிவமைத்து, அதில் உடல் அல்லது எலும்புகளை வைக்கும் முறை கற்பதுக்கை என வழங்கப்படுகிறது. 
ஜி.எஸ்.டி. வருவாய் பற்றாக்குறையை ஈடுகட்ட மாநிலங்கள் சார்பில் மத்திய அரசு ரூ.1 லட்சம் கோடி கடன் வாங்குகிறது
  • பொருளாதார மந்தநிலை காரணமாக, கடந்த நிதி ஆண்டில் இருந்தே மாநிலங்களுக்கு ஜி.எஸ்.டி. வருவாய் வீழ்ச்சி அடைய தொடங்கியது. மாநில அரசுகளுக்கு இழப்பீடு வழங்க சொகுசு பொருட்கள் மற்றும் புகையிலை பொருட்கள் மீது விதிக்கப்படும் உபரிவரி மூலம் கிடைக்கும் வருவாயை மத்திய அரசு பயன்படுத்துகிறது. ஆனால், அந்த வருவாயும் குறைந்து விட்டது. அதனால், கடந்த ஏப்ரல் மாதம் முதல் ஜூலை மாதம்வரை மாநிலங்களுக்கு அளிக்க வேண்டிய இழப்பீட்டு நிலுவைத்தொகை ரூ.1 லட்சத்து 51 ஆயிரம் கோடியாக உள்ளது.
  • இந்த இழப்பீட்டு நிலுவையை ஈடுகட்ட ரிசர்வ் வங்கி மூலமோ அல்லது வெளிச்சந்தையில் இருந்தோ கடன் வாங்கிக்கொள்ளுமாறு மாநிலங்களுக்கு 2 விருப்ப தேர்வுகளை மத்திய அரசு முன்வைத்தது. அதில், வெளிச்சந்தை கடன் விருப்ப தேர்வை 21 மாநிலங்கள் ஏற்றுக்கொண்டன. அந்த மாநிலங்கள், வெளிச்சந்தையில் இருந்து கூடுதலாக ரூ.68 ஆயிரம் கோடி திரட்ட மத்திய அரசு அனுமதி அளித்தது. அனைத்து மாநிலங்களும், தற்போதைய கடன் வரம்புக்கு மேல் கூடுதலாக ரூ.1 லட்சத்து 10 ஆயிரம் கோடி கடன் வாங்க யோசனை தெரிவித்தோம். இந்த தொகையை மாநிலங்கள் சார்பில் மத்திய அரசே வெளிச்சந்தையில் கடன் வாங்கும். பின்னர், ஜி.எஸ்.டி. இழப்பீட்டுக்கு பதிலாக, மாநிலங்களுக்கு அந்த பணம் கடனாக வழங்கப்படும்.

  • பூமிக்கும், செவ்வாய் கிரகத்துக்கும் இடையிலான அதிகபட்ச தூரம் 40 கோடியே 13 லட்சம் கி.மீ தொலைவு ஆகும். இதில் நீள் வட்ட பாதை பயணத்தில் மிக அருகில் செவ்வாய் கிரகம் வரும்போது இரு கிரகங்களுக்கும் இடையிலான தூரம் 6 கோடியே 20 லட்சம் கி.மீ. தொலைவாக இருக்கும். இந்த நீள்வட்ட பாதை தொலைவு காரணமாகவே பூமி ஒருமுறை சூரியனை சுற்றி வர 365 நாட்களும், செவ்வாய் கிரகம் சூரியனை சுற்றி வர 687 நாட்களும் ஆகிறது.
40 கோடி வாடிக்கையாளர்களை பெற்று ரிலையன்ஸ் ஜியோ சாதனை
  • இந்தியாவில் 40 கோடி வாடிக்கையாளர்கள பெற்ற முதல் நெட்வொர்க் நிறுவனம் என்ற சாதனையை ஜியோ படைத்துள்ளது. இந்நிறுவனம் கடந்த ஜூலை மாதத்தில் மட்டும் 35 லட்சம் பேரைத் தனது சேவைக்குள் இணைத்துள்ளதாக தொலைத் தொடர்பு ஒழுங்குமுறை ஆணையமான டிராய் தெரிவித்துள்ளது. தற்போது 40 கோடியே 8 லட்சத்து 3 ஆயிரத்து 819 வாடிக்கையாளர்களுடன் ஜியோ முதல் இடத்தில் உள்ளதாக டிராய் கூறியுள்ளது.
‛ஆரோக்கிய சேது' செயலிக்கு உலக சுகாதார அமைப்பு பாராட்டு
  • மத்திய அரசு வெளியிட்டுள்ள ‛ஆரோக்கிய சேது' செயலிக்கு உலக சுகாதார அமைப்பு பாராட்டு தெரிவித்துள்ளது. கொரோனா வைரஸ், குறித்து விழிப்புணர்வு தகவல்களை மக்களுக்கு வழங்க, மத்திய அரசு ‛ஆரோக்கிய சேது' செயலியை அறிமுகம் செய்தது. மத்திய மின்னணு மற்றும் தகவல் தொழில்நுட்ப துறையின் கீழ் செயல்படும் தேசிய தகவல் மையம் இந்த செயலியை வெளியிட்டுள்ளது. 
  • ஆங்கிலம், இந்தி, தமிழ், தெலுங்கு, கன்னடம், மலையாளம், பஞ்சாபி, வங்க மொழி, ஒரியா, குஜராத்தி, மராத்தி உள்ளிட்ட பல மொழிகளில் செயலி அறிமுகம் செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது. இந்த செயலி மூலம், நாம் வசிக்கும் இடம் அருகே கொரோனா வைரஸ், தொற்றுள்ள பகுதிகளை சுட்டிக்காட்டும். தொற்று பாதித்தவர்களை சந்திப்பதை தவிர்க்க முடியும். மேலும், கொரோனா வைரஸ் தொற்றில், இருந்து தற்காத்து கொள்வது குறித்து தகவல்களை வழங்கும்.
  • இந்த செயலி தொடர்பாக, உலக சுகாதார அமைப்பின் இயக்குநர் ஜெனரல் டெட்ரஸ் அத்னோம் கூறியதாவது: ஆரோக்கிய சேது செயலியை இந்தியாவில் 150 மில்லியன் மக்கள் பயன்படுத்துகின்றனர். சோதனையை இலக்கை எட்டவும், ஹாட்ஸ்பாட்டாக எதிர்பார்க்கக்கூடிய பகுதிகளை அடையாளம் காணவும் பொது சுகாதார துறைகளுக்கு இது உதவும். இவ்வாறு அவர் கூறினார்.
பாலியல் வன்முறையால் பாதிக்கப்படும் குழந்தைகளுக்கு ரூ.10 லட்சம் வரை இழப்பீடு
  • பாலியல் குற்றங்களால் பாதிக்கப்படும் குழந்தைகளுக்கு ரூ.10 லட்சம் வரை இழப்பீடு வழங்கப்படும் என தமிழக அரசு உத்தரவிட்டுள்ளது. பாலியல் குற்றங்களால் குழந்தைக்கு ஏற்படும் பாதிப்புக்கு ஏற்ப இழப்பீடு வழங்கப்படும். அதன்படி, பாலியல் வல்லுறவினால் பாதிக்கப்பட்ட குழந்தைக்கு குறைந்தபட்ச இழப்பீடாக ரூ.4 லட்சத்தில் இருந்து அதிகபட்ச இழப்பீடாக ரூ.7 லட்சம் வரை வழங்கப்படும். மிக கடுமையான பாலியல் வல்லுறவினால் பாதிக்கப்படும் குழந்தைகளுக்கு ரூ.5 லட்சம் முதல் ரூ.10 லட்சம் வரை இழப்பீடு வழங்கப்படும். பாலியல் தாக்குதலுக்கு உள்ளாகும் குழந்தைகளுக்கு ரூ.1 லட்சம் முதல் ரூ.2 லட்சம் வரை; கடுமையான பாலியல் தாக்குதலுக்கு உள்ளாகும் குழந்தைகளுக்கு ரூ.2 லட்சம் முதல் ரூ.4 லட்சம் வரை;
  • மறுவாழ்வு தேவைப்படும் அளவுக்கு மன ரீதியான அல்லது உடல் ரீதியாக கொடுங்காயம் ஏற்படுத்தப்பட்டிருந்தால் ரூ.1 லட்சம் முதல் ரூ.2 லட்சம் வரை; ஆபாசப் படம் எடுக்கப்பட்டிருந்தால் ரூ.50 ஆயிரம் முதல் ரூ.1 லட்சம் வரை; பாலியல் கொடுமைக்கு ஆளாகி உயிரிழந்துவிட்டால் குழந்தையின் குடும்பத்திற்கு ரூ.5 லட்சம் முதல் ரூ.10 லட்சம் வரை; பாலியல் குற்றத்தினால் கர்ப்பிணியாக்கப்பட்டால் ரூ.3 லட்சம் முதல் ரூ.4 லட்சம் வரை; கர்ப்பிணியாக்கப்பட்டு, கரு கலைக்கப்பட்டு, கர்ப்பமாகும் தகுதியை இழந்துவிட்டால் குறைந்தபட்சம் ரூ.2 லட்சம், அதிகபட்சம் ரூ.3 லட்சம் இழப்பீடு வழங்கப்படும்.
ஜி.எஸ்.டி. இழப்பீடு பற்றாக்குறையை ஈடுகட்ட ரூ.68,825 கோடி கடன் திரட்ட 20 மாநிலங்களுக்கு அனுமதி
  • கொரோனா ஊரடங்கு காரணமாக ஏற்பட்ட பொருளாதார மந்தநிலையால், நடப்பு நிதியாண்டில், மாநிலங்களுக்கு மத்திய அரசு வழங்க வேண்டிய ஜி.எஸ்.டி. இழப்பீட்டு தொகையில் ரூ.2 லட்சத்து 35 ஆயிரம் கோடி பற்றாக்குறை ஏற்படும் என்று கணிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. இந்த பற்றாக்குறையை ஈடுகட்ட ரிசர்வ் வங்கி மூலம் ரூ.97 ஆயிரம் கோடி கடன் அல்லது வெளிச்சந்தையில் ரூ.2 லட்சத்து 35 ஆயிரம் கோடி கடன் திரட்டுமாறு மாநிலங்களுக்கு 2 விருப்ப தேர்வுகளை மத்திய அரசு முன்வைத்துள்ளது. வெளிச்சந்தை கடன் விருப்பத்தேர்வை 20 மாநிலங்கள் ஏற்றுக்கொண்டுள்ளன.
  • இந்த மாநிலங்கள், வெளிச்சந்தையில் இருந்து ரூ.68 ஆயிரத்து 825 கோடி கடன் திரட்ட மத்திய அரசு நேற்று அனுமதி அளித்தது. மத்திய நிதி அமைச்சகத்தின் கீழ் உள்ள செலவின துறை இந்த அனுமதியை அளித்துள்ளது.
