Scale of Pay: 

• Post No. 1 to 6 : Rs.5200-20200 + Grade Pay Rs. 2400/-
• Post No. 7 : Rs.5200-20200 + Grade Pay Rs. 2800/-

Age Limit: 

• 30 Years For OC 
• 32 years For MBC’s/DC’s, BC’s, BCM’s
• 35 years For SC’s, SC(A)’s, ST’s.

Educational Qualification: SSLC

Mode of Selection: Based on Written Test

What is Pattern of Exam?

• Single paper in General Studies - 100 items + General Tamil - 100 itesm (SSLC Standard – Objective Type )

Duration of Exam: 3 Hours

Maximum Marks: 300

The question on General Studies will be set in both English and Tamil.

Examination Fee: 

• Rs.125/- (Examination Fee Rs.75 /- + One Time Registration Rs.50/-) 

No Examination fee for SC/SCA/ST candidates. But they are no exemption for Cost of One Time Registration Fee Rs.50/-

Mode of Payment: On-line Payment/Off-line Payment

• On-line Payment (Net Banking, Credit card/Debit card)
• Off-line Payment (Post Office or Indian Bank)

Offline mode of payment in the form of Demand Draft/Postal Order etc., will not be accepted
