Junior Research Fellow (JRF) for a DRDO-funded research project.

Eligibility Criteria
Essential Educational Qualification:
- M.Sc. in Physics / Applied Physics / Material Science / Optoelectronics
- OR
- M.Tech. in Solid State Technology / Materials Science / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Preferred:
- GATE / UGC / DAE / CSIR / NBHM qualified candidates or M.Tech
- Experience in thin film deposition
- Experience in structural, morphological, and mechanical characterization of thin films
Age Limit: 28 years as on last date of application
(Age relaxation applicable as per Government of India norms)
Salary / Stipend
- ₹37,000 per month
- 30% HRA (if institute accommodation is not provided)
