- Stenographer Grade C - 10+2 from a recognized Board or University. and A speed of 100 words per minutes in English/Hindi Shorthand. 3. Skill of Data Entry and Word Processing in computer. (Preference will be given to person with knowledge of both English and Hindi Stenography)
- Stenographer Grade D - 12th class pass from a recognized Board or University and Skill Test Norms Dictation: 10 mts. @ 80 w.p.m. Transcription: 65 mts. (Eng.) 75 mts. (Hindi) (On Manual Typewriter) Or 50 mts. (Eng.). 65 mts. (Hindi) (On Computer) (Preference will be given to person with knowledge of both English and Hindi Stenography)
- Date Entry Operator - 1. 10+2 from a recognized Board / University. Should possess a speed of not less than 15000 key depressions per hour for Data Entry Work.
- Lower Division Clerk - 1. 10+2 from a recognized Board or University. 2. A typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi on computer (35 w.p.m. and 30 w.p.m. correspond to 10500 KDPH/9000 KDPH on an average of 5 key depressions for each word). 3. Knowledge of working on computer. 4. Skill Test Norms ‘only on computers’
