Cabinet nod for 10 nuclear plants: The Cabinet on Wednesday cleared plans to set up 10 new nuclear power plants. All these indigenous 700 MW pressurised heavy water reactors will cumulatively add 7,000 MW to India's nuclear power capacity.The Union Cabinet cleared on Wednesday the building of 10 new nuclear power plants to add 7000MW to India's nuclear power generation capacity .These will be the indigenous 700 MW pressurised heavy water reactors (PHWRs).

J&K may be first state to bring real estate under GST: Jammu & Kashmir may be the first state in the country to bring real estate within the ambit of goods and services tax (GST) when it enacts laws to integrate its indirect tax regime with other states, state finance minister Haseeb Drabu indicated.
