- International Arbitration Centre opened
- Airports Authority of India (AAI) commissioned an express courier handling facility at the air cargo complex for faster clearance and movement of express cargo brought by various airlines at the Chennai international airport on Friday. Airport director Deepak Shastri said the facility would help the logistics industry in faster movement of priority consignments round-the-clock.“It will also help the airport to become a logistics hub for air cargo operations. With the commissioning of the express unit, the air complex can support import, express, domestic and courier operations under one roof.“
- A technical problem, which has delayed the country's first indigenous prototype fast breeder reactor (PFBR) built in Kalpakkam from attaining criticality, is being sorted out and the nuclear reactor will be commissioned next year, said Sekhar Basu, chairman, Atomic Energy Commission on Saturday . Addressing graduates at the seventh convocation ceremony of Hindustan University, Basu said, “loading of sodium, a coolant, in the reactor will begin by the end of the year. It will help progress to the next stage of commissioning of the power project.“ The reactor is awaiting clearance from the Atomic Energy Regulatory Board (AERB) for operations.

The goverment has sought a ban on both customs. Initial analysis by the websites shows Indians who signed up are between 20 and 35 years of age. Among the members, 30% are women, claims founder Azad Chaiwala. SecondWife.com was start ed in December 2014 for Muslims who wanted to marry again and got 3,534 signups. This increased to 13,797 in 2015, and currently , 83,435 people have signed up to explore the possibility of finding “love again“. Polygamy .com started in January this year and has 17,896 members.
