1. PMGSY - Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana: Prime Minister Narendra Modi has called for putting in place an effective mechanism for stringent quality monitoring of the roads being under the PMGSY - Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana. The Prime Minister was informed that three crore households have so far been linked to Self Help Group (SHG) under Deendayal Antyodaya Yojana which targets poverty alleviation through sustainable livelihoods.
